  2. 2    Watch the rise carefully.  Try to press the Space Bar the moment it
  3.     reaches the 100% line.
  4.     *  A triangular arrow to the left of the Power Bar indicates exactly
  5.        where you make your tap
  6.     *  After the tap, the color descends, just like your backswing
  7. 3    To keep your shot straight on target (the flagstick), make your third
  8.     tap on the "0" line.
  9.     *  Another arrow appears to mark your tap
  10. 4    If each tap is right on the button, your ball sails 250 yards straight
  11.     down the fairway, and you're left with a 50-yard approach shot to the
  12.     green.
  13.     *  The computer automatically tells you how far you hit your last shot.

  15. CONTROLLING YOUR DISTANCE

  17. Of course, you don't hit every club full if you want to stay in bounds.  Let's
  18. continue the sample hole to see how to control the distance of your shots.

  20. You're 50 yards from the pin, so you select your Pitching Wedge (P-Wedge)
  21. because the chart says the Pitching Wedge can whack it 100 yards if you hit it
  22. full.  But you don't want to hit it full; you want to hit half a wedge 50 yards:
